End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ZeroTrustKerberosLink regarding your use of the ZeroTrustKerberosLink software and related documentation.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, ZeroTrustKerberosLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Software on your systems
  • Use the Software for your internal business operations
  • Make one copy of the Software for backup purposes

3. Security Hardening Features

ZeroTrustKerberosLink includes the following security features:

  • Comprehensive Input Validation: Protection against XSS, injection attacks, and path traversal
  • Security Headers: Implementation of Content Security Policy, X-XSS-Protection, X-Content-Type-Options, and other security headers
  • Secure Communications: TLS support for all connections with proper credential handling
  • Zero Trust Architecture: Verification of user identity, device compliance, and contextual factors

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Create derivative works based on the Software
  • Copy the Software except as expressly permitted
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the Software to any third party

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. ZeroTrustKerberosLink retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein.

6. Support and Updates

ZeroTrustKerberosLink may provide you with support services and software updates. Any supplemental software code provided as part of these services shall be considered part of the Software and subject to the terms of this EULA.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ZEROTRUSTKERBEROSLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEROTRUSTKERBEROSLINK BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
